What does the one-time ₹6,000 payment cover?

It covers onboarding and setup of your ByteCraft POS workspace — business/GST configuration, initial branch and staff accounts, and product/menu setup guidance — done before your team gets access.

What is the ₹1,300 renewal for?

ByteCraft POS runs as a hosted cloud service, so the monthly renewal covers continued hosting, backups, support and product updates for your business.

Can I pay quarterly or annually?

Yes. Stay Active costs ₹1,300 monthly, ₹3,900 quarterly (every 3 months), or ₹15,600 annually (every 12 months). All billing options include the same features and cover the whole business. The ₹6,000 setup fee and ₹2,500 fee per extra branch are one-time charges.

Can I use only Retail or only Restaurant?

Yes. A business can enable Retail only, Restaurant only, or both — pricing is the same either way.

Is GST configuration included?

Yes. GST billing, category-wise tax defaults and GST reporting are included in every ByteCraft POS setup.

What if my business needs more branches or a custom setup?

Your first branch is included. Each additional branch is a one-time ₹2,500, and the ₹1,300 monthly renewal still covers the whole business. Reach out with your branch count and we will confirm what fits before you commit.
